Dopamine is the motivation hormone in humans, which means that even alone, dopamine will work wonders in the male body. However the reason why I wrote this list of 11 ways to increase dopamine levels naturally was not the sole purpose of only increasing natural dopamine, because as you already might know, dopamine and the king testosterone will rise in correlation.

That’s right dopamine and testosterone will go up simultaneously, because they’re supporting each other very effectively. That’s why I encourage you to not only boost your testosterone, but also to focus on dopamine.

This thing wont work at all if your goal is something that makes no sense, if you for example have checked something like “fart 4 times on friday” in your checklist, that probably didn’t generate a huge release of dopamine, nor any feelings of real success.
